My responsibility was not only to design and create promotional materials for social media, send out the email list via Wix design cards and glasses, and do the photography of the event but also to update the website with the new information and assist with any extra tasks that may be needed for the event.
An exhibit featuring Houston-based local and national production companies, equipment rental houses, and speakers from film, television, digital media, legal, and financial professions to discuss and provide information about the business side of filmmaking. Southwest Alternate Media Project (SWAMP) is one of the companies in charge of the event.
